Sticky-note Strategy

Level-up your planning, making your work easier to manage, fund and sustain

You’re a passionate leader of a small, not-for-profit organisation. You know your delivery kicks ass, but the “business-y” stuff? It’s on a to-do list somewhere.

You’re creating something brilliant, you don’t have time to write a 50 page business plan, a case for support, a theory of change or an evaluation framework. People keep chatting on about these things but doing good shouldn't be so complicated.

If you feel overwhelmed and sometimes a bit out of your depth when you think about how to manage all this stuff, then jump in and buckle up baby: we're going on a jargon-busting ride, powered by sticky-notes.

"Christina worked with Wise Children during the early stages of the company’s formation. She took on many tasks, and can pretty much do anything she turns her mind to. Her particular triumph was helping us to register as a charity, a process she made seem smooth, simple and speedy – when I know for sure it is anything but!"

"I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She is someone who can help organisations big or small with advice that is bespoke, accessible, practical and encouraging. She is the secret weapon of many successful organisations.

"When I first set up Gloucester Culture Trust, we were juggling multiple funders, staff recruitment, financial and governance systems, writing a Charity Commission application and more. Christina helped me make sense of all these things. She is reliable, well-informed, generous, creative, calm, diligent and super friendly."

In Our Hands are a relatively new company with some great creative brains on the team. They would rather be doing the work than focused on admin so asked me to help. I did a review and update of their finance and company processes and delivered training so they could run it themselves from then on.

"Christina is an angel; her heart pumps pure patience. She has sorted budgets that have stumped me for days, in the time it takes me to make a coffee, and she sprints through the dismal twists of an online form like Lara Croft through a dead city. Highly recommended."
