Ambition and Quality: Measuring your progress
example answers
For this project, good looks like creating workshops which:
- Make people feel welcome and comfortable to share their experiences
- Build confidence and give people a sense of pride in their creative work
- Bring families together to share learning and creativity
- Are high quality arts, where participants work alongside professional artists
We will create an evaluation plan with our partners to ensure we measure our progress and to inform how we deliver the next stage of the project. We will ensure consistent qual. and quant. data collection including:
- Artist & participant numbers, box office data & demographic data via surveys & registration forms
- Feedback from participants about the quality of our participatory activities
- Feedback forms to artists and participants, carrying out interviews, feedback sessions and creating case studies
- Documenting the project with photographs and film…
Evaluation is an ongoing process for me with regular reviews through project and partner meetings, responding to what’s working & reviewing the feedback collected (see above). I have set 3 aims for this project and will track my progress against them, reviewing if I have succeeded in this at the end of the project.
1. To have worked with 3 new organisation partners, bringing my work to a wider audience
2. To have developed my work by collaborating with a dramaturg for the first time
3. To have built my confidence in working with teenagers and young adults
I will review and track this through…
