Sticky-note Strategy

My complete programme to get your small organisation into shape – painlessly! This is all my best work in one place x

Level-up your planning – so it's easier to manage, fund and sustain your work.

Is this you?

You’re a passionate leader of a small, not-for-profit organisation. You know your delivery kicks ass, but the “business-y” stuff? It’s on a to-do list somewhere.

You’re busy creating something brilliant! You don’t have time to write a 50 page business plan, a 'case for support', a 'theory of change' or an 'evaluation framework'. People keep chatting on about these things - but surely doing good shouldn't be so complicated?

If you feel overwhelmed and sometimes a bit out of your depth when you think about all this stuff, if you're spinning all the plates and wearing all the hats, if there's always too much in your brain...then Sticky-note Strategy is for you.

"Huge thanks. I am buzzing! But with a clear vision in my head instead of the usual chaos. I’m so excited to crack on with what needs to be done."

What is Sticky-note Strategy?

It's an online programme that uses creative techniques (and lots of sticky notes) to help you:

Play to your organisation's greatest strengths

Create a visual plan of all the important stuff

Make decisions about what to
focus on

Turn strategy stress into confidence
and clarity

It's a jargon-busting, action-focused way to take the pain out of planning. I've made it especially for visual, practical people. Like you.

"I work much better when I can see things in front of me. It felt like just chucking things down on post its but somehow Christina turned all of our ideas into a plan"
- Jess

I promise it won't include:

  • Adding a load of stuff to your to-do list

  • Waffle (it's action all the way)

  • Paying money just for someone to read PowerPoint slides to you

  • A SWOT analysis (I hate them; come at me. If you don't know what one is, great. I've yet to see one be actually useful)

You will get:

  • Jargon-busting training, giving you the knowledge you need to make a plan for your organisation that works

  • Creative tools and activities- with lots of sticky-notes, that magically transform into a beautiful strategic plan you can put on your wall

  • One-to-one support and your questions answered.

  • The benefit of two decades of knowledge from me (built on my experience running six different organisations and as a consultant to many more).

"Christina strengthened our organisation with training, 1-1 mentoring and hands on advice whenever needed. Thanks to her, from a small community group we grew to an organisation with multi-year funding and staff. She empowered me to believe in my vision and what I was setting out to achieve. If you need any help with these, look no further!"

Who runs it?

It's me, hi, I'm Christina, it's me.

I'm a weird mix of a list-loving wannabe accountant and a creative, idea-a-minute people-person.

I spent a decade setting up and developing new organisations: CICs, charities, and community groups. I made all the classic start-up mistakes but also accomplished some pretty amazing things.

"Christina is an angel; her heart pumps pure patience. She has sorted plans that have stumped me for days in the time it takes me to make a coffee, and she sprints through the dismal twists of a funding form like Lara Croft through a dead city. Highly recommended."

- Jonny

I know what it’s like to juggle everything: meeting with an important funder one minute and unblocking the toilets the next.

In my last role, I grew the team from a couple of people working out of a cupboard into an organisation with a national rep, multiple repeat funders and proper office chairs.

I then shifted into consultancy – focusing on organisational development, business planning, and fundraising for small, world-changing organisations.

I discovered that successful organisations revolve around four things:
pitch, programme, partners, and proof.

Without formal management training, I worked out things like theory of change and case for support for myself, not knowing that’s what they were. I’ve since learned the jargon – but still prefer using big sheets of paper, nice pens and sticky-notes.

My accidental superpower is making complex things simple.

I believe in practical, usable plans over lengthy documents that gather digital dust. I value passionate people making the world better over perfect strategies.

A strategy is just a plan; a plan is just what you’re going to do. And if it’s on sticky-notes, right in your face, it’s more likely to get done.
