The community engagement strand of this project means that as well as developing my musicianship (see Ambition and Quality), I will also be building on my skills in education work. This project includes a CPD programme for our core team to invest in our staff, increase the skillset in the team and develop a more resilient, future proof organisation. This will include:
Bespoke training plans for each staff member
Whole team training on anti-racism and unconscious bias
A go-and-see budget
2 x paid CPD days for each team member to shadow, volunteer or research
