In recent years we have rapidly changed our working model several times in response to the pandemic and the touring landscape has also changed dramatically. This project provides the capacity, and mentoring with a business planning consultant, that we need to review the changes so far, consult with venues, identify the best model for future R&D and touring and create a robust plan for our theatre company for our next year of work. I will work with a producer, Sunil, for the first time in this project, which will be a significant shift from self producing. I will also be exploring the access support I need and what processes I should have in place to ensure I can develop my practice in future. I will meet with Sunil and my support worker regularly throughout the project to review our working practice and make adjustments where needed.
