We will establish a baseline through informal conversation and also interviews with tutors, participants and partners. This, combined with our desk research, will help further refine our intended outcomes and allow us to measure change through the project. Evaluation activity will be tailored to the people we are seeking feedback from and the data that we are trying to capture. Evaluation methods will be selected to provide both qualitative and quantitative data throughout the project. These will include:
Written feedback from all participants who take part in workshops via feedback forms and social media. Discussion at start and end of each workshop to agree purpose and aims for activity and then reflect on experience.
Written feedback from those who attend the launch event and who read the collection, through comments cards and inviting online reviews
Press comments/reviews
Feedback from partner organisations
Box office data including postcode analysis and identifying levels of first time attendance

I will evaluate the project and reflect throughout. I will monitor the project at each stage. I will do monthly meetings with partners, weekly Q&As with workshop participants and regular check ins with the creative team. We will use a traffic light system to see what is working well, what needs keeping an eye on and what needs sorting out straight away. I will get feedback from audiences, partners and the team I am working with to see what worked well and what didn’t with the project and help me plan for future work.
