Quickfire Strategy Sessions

All the good bits of consultancy
(but cheaper and quicker)

If you need support quickly- and you don’t have the time, budget or capacity for a full consultancy project- you can book a one-to-one session with me.

It’s up to an hour on Zoom, focused on whatever you need: working out your next steps, sense-checking your plans, sounding out ideas, or just getting clarity when you're blitzing it solo.

You get my tailored input grounded in years of experience working in and with non-profits, without the faff or day rate.

After the call, I’ll send you notes, actions and any relevant resources we talked about.

You also get access to my regular email support- Sticky-note Squad (if you're not signed up already).

£100 per session

Choose a date and time that works for you here.

Keep scrolling for more info about the kind of stuff I can help with (funding, setting up, starting out, board and governance) and you can choose one of these or something else when you book.

"Within an hour, Christina had removed all of the roadblocks I had been stewing over for quite some time, unable to find the answers elsewhere.

She was extremely approachable, showed no judgment, had lived experience and understood things from a founder/director's point of view, which was invaluable!

I can finally move forward with confidence."

The funding one

If you’re planning a funding bid but it’s all feeling a bit hazy or overwhelming, let’s talk through the project you have in mind so far.

We can work out the best way to develop or tweak it and pitch it to funders. We’ll go through the main application questions and work out what you can talk about for each.

I’ll send you a follow up email with key points and next steps to develop your project idea, to give it the best chance of getting funded.

The organisation set up one

If you’re thinking about setting up a charity, company or CIC for your work but you have lots of questions about which one, how, when, if…. this is for you.

We'll go through your options, how the registration process works, jargon-bust everything and get all your questions answered.

I'll send you an email with the step by step we talked through so you can get on and set up your organisation.

The starting out one

If you’re at the start of your organisation or funding journey, it's tricky when you might not even know the questions to ask. Let me be your guide.

We'll go through how everything works and the rule is there are no stupid questions! You can ask anything you want as we chat, and get to grips with all the essentials for running your organisation or fundraising.

I'll send you a follow up email with the key points we covered and some 'what next?' resources.

The board and governance one

For when you're setting up a board of trustees or directors for the first time- or if you sort of have one but you don't know what you're supposed to be doing with them.

We'll go through all the key stuff- like what the heck does governance mean anyway? and you can share your plans, questions and wobbles about managing your board.

I'll send you a follow up email with links for any stuff you need to sort on Companies House or the Charity Commission site and your personalised plan of action.
